1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Only items purchased directly through the RX Loupes website are eligible.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
2. Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for exchange.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or ship a replacement product.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used or damaged items, or products returned without original packaging, will not be accepted.
- Consumable products (e.g., disposable covers, sterilization materials) are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Warranty & Defective Items
- All products are covered by their manufacturer warranty.
- If your item is defective, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
5. Final Sale – No Refunds
Please note: RX Loupes does not offer refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges or store credit may be granted under the terms outlined above.
